Aims

  • To introduce some of the main concepts in Finite Geometry.
  • To increase the audience's knowledge of the many results and conjectures in Finite Geometry.
  • To provide an opportunity for PhD students to discuss and share their own projects.
  • To enable mathematicians in this area to meet and plan scientiļ¬c collaboration.

Registration

    The registration fee is 100 pounds. (Please note that the registration fee does not cover accommodation.)
    The registration fee with on-campus accommodation is 220 pounds.
    The registration fee includes the welcome reception and coffee break.
    To complete your registration you need to make your payments (registration fee + campus accommodation).

Contributed Talks

    Participants are invited to give a 15 minute talk on their work.
    Please write your abstract using our template TeX document icon abstract.tex and email both LaTeX and PDF files to fingeo@sussex.ac.uk.
    Please name the files and emails as Surname_Firstname_Abstract.
    Deadline for submitting the abstract: Wednesday 31 May, 2017!

Accommodation

    We will make reservations for campus accommodation. You do not need to make any further arrangements if you register with on-campus accommodation.
    All campus accommodation will be booked for check-in on 25th June and check-out on 30th June.
    We will be offering single occupancy rooms only with shared bathroom.
    The rooms will be offered in Park Village.
    You can always make your own reservation if you would like to stay in town. Please see some suggestions:
